Brandy is a Senior Consultant at SimplyConnect Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience working inside organizations in senior-level roles leading departments and enterprise-wide projects, there’s not much she hasn’t seen or done when it comes to managing people in an organization. And since she’s been there and done that on all things HR-related, she brings great foresight and innovative, road-tested solutions for clients.
Throughout her career, she has established and scaled Learning and Organizational Development departments by developing and implementing strategies to support and transform the business. Her specialty is designing and implementing award-winning training that is creative, actionable and practical across global companies.
When she’s not working on client projects, Brandy loves exploring her home state of Colorado (or anywhere else around the world), spending time outdoors, hiking and snowshoeing with her dog, Otis. She’s also a certifiable podcast junkie!
